Returns due to defect or lack of agreed property
Upon delivery of the products you purchased, you must inspect the products in relation to their condition and agreed properties.
Especially for handmade products with high artistic value, small imperfections or dissimilarities in color or wood are innate and do not constitute defect or lack of agreed properties.
In the event of an established defect or lack of agreed property attributable to the Company, you have the right to refuse receipt of the product at the time of delivery and contact the Company directly on +30.210 6713348, 2106744707 & 2106741760 or send an e-mail to shop@karageorgiou.gr.
Alternatively, if you have received the product, you must notify the Company either by phone or by e-mail within 2 days as from receipt of the product and request the return of the product.
In order to determine the defect or the lack of the agreed property of the product, the customer is obliged to send us photos of the product in digital format to shop@karageorgiou.gr .
Return of products is allowed if the following conditions are met:
- Returns can only be made at our store: 44 Adrianiou Street, Neo Psychiko Post Code 11525. The receipt of the returned product will be conducted only by our cooperating transport company at the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order, at the expense of the Company.
- The returned product must be in the same condition as when received and must not be used or damaged. Its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and the product must be in perfect condition.
- The product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that validate the transaction (e.g. delivery note, retail receipt, etc.)
When the Company receives and inspects the product, the product will either be replaced with a similar new one or, if you wish, a credit note of equal value will be issued for the purchase of another product(s)
Order cancellation and product return
The Company accepts the return of products upon withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The withdrawal takes place by sending a declaration of withdrawal to the Company within the above deadline. The Company does not cover the transportation costs for the return of the product.
Necessary conditions for the products’ return:
- The product must be in the original perfect condition as when received, not used and not damaged. It must have all the authenticity tags, protective cases and the original standard packaging that normally accompanies the product. Damaged products are non-refundable.
- The returned product must be accompanied by all necessary documents that validate the transaction (e.g, delivery note, retail receipt etc.)
If the above conditions are met, the Company will directly refund your payment within 14 calendar days from the day it was notified about the exercise of the right of withdrawal. It is noted that the Company is entitled to delay the refund until the receipt of the products or until the customer submits all relevant documents.
In the event you are refunded via a third-party payment provider (e.g. credit card, etc.) the refund of the price paid by credit / debit card will be made in the same way, i.e. by order of the Company to the cooperating Bank Institution to credit the paid price to the card with which the transaction was made. It is noted that you may be charged with any commission that the specific third-party provider will charge you based on its terms of use and operation, for which our Company is not liable.
If the above conditions are not met, your request for withdrawal cannot be satisfied, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
General terms for returns
In case of repeated returns or in case the Company at its sole discretion, considers that the customer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, the Company is entitled to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
In case you refuse to receive the parcel(s), the Company has the right to return only the value of the product. In any case, transportation costs are at the customer’s expense.
