The sale and purchase of products from the e-shop of the company under the name “Stelios Karageorgiou A.E.B.E” (“the Company”) is destined only for personal use.
Delivery of products is carried out by the Company in Greece and abroad.
Placing an order
a) Custom orders
Custom product orders (e.g. dimensions, type of material) are placed only by contacting the customer service department on +30.210 6713348, 210 6744707 & 210 6741760.
b) E-shop
The user of the e-shop can place an order in two ways:
a) By creating an account and registering in the e-shop (receiving username and password), in order to be identified by the e-shop, for the security of future transactions.
b) As an unidentified user (visitor), without prior member registration.
Orders are completed through the e-shop of the website by using the shopping cart. Your final order containing all its details is displayed upon completion of your order request. If you then proceed to the stage of completion of your order, you connect with the third payment service provider in order to complete the payment of the agreed price. Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation message, which will be sent to the email address you have provided us (“Order Receipt Confirmation”) when you use the cart mechanism. Especially in case of payment of the agreed price by deposit to the Company’s bank account, the provisions of the “Pricing and Payment Policy” apply.
The order receipt confirmation, which is sent automatically immediately after the order is submitted, certifies that the customer’s order has been received by the Company. However, confirmation of order receipt does not constitute acceptance of the customer’s purchase offer. Acceptance of the proposal will take place only after the declaration of acceptance by the Company, which will be confirmed by a separate email confirming shipment or readiness to receive from the store.
The processing of orders received by the Company takes place from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 20:00. Orders placed on Sundays and holidays are processed the following business day. During the processing of each order, the stock availability of the products you ordered is confirmed. If the stock availability or delivery time differs from the one indicated on the product website you will receive relevant notice.
Before placing any order, please consider that the Company is making every effort to display the exact colors and images of the products displayed in our e-shop. However, as the actual colors may differ from those displayed on your screen, the Company does not guarantee that the user’s screen reflects the color of the product with absolute accuracy.
To complete a transaction you must be over 18 years old. Visitors under the age of 18 are not allowed to exchange data or any information with us. By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is true and accurate and that you are the authorized user of the credit, debit or prepaid card you used to place your order, and that there is sufficient balance to cover the cost of the products. In any case, the Company reserves the right to verify through the cooperating payment service providers, the validity of the payment details provided.

Product availability
The website is constantly updated in order to be fully informed about the availability of the products of the e-shop.
In the event that an order is placed for a product that is not available, the Company will contact the user within 2 days in order to inform him/her about the shortage, according to the user’s contact details provided upon completion of the order regarding any change or cancellation of the order.
If contact is not possible, the order will be canceled without any further procedure within 10 days from the submission of the order and you will have to place a new order in our e-shop.
The Company reserves its right, without any liability towards the users, to withdraw its products from the website at any time without reason and/or to change and/or renew the content of the website without prior notice.
Shipping Delivery
A) Shipments in the territory of Greece
The Company makes every effort to deliver the available products within 3-5 business days.
- For shipments within Attiki, delivery is carried out by transport means of our company and for orders over €150.00 the recipient bears no shipping costs.
- For shipments outside Attiki, delivery is carried out by a transport company or agency of the customer’s choice. Shipping costs are borne by the recipient.
In any case, the itineraries of each shipment are defined by the Company and are directed to the customer. Deliveries are made only within business days (Monday – Friday except holidays), except in case of pick-up service from our store.
Especially for the shipment of items with small volume and dimensions, our company cooperates with the courier company “Ellinika Taxidromeia”. The relevant cost is borne by the recipient.
B) In Member States of the European Union
The products will be delivered within 7-10 business days upon communication with the transportation company.
The shipping will be carried out by the cooperating transportation company or Courier Company (indicatively UPS), which carries out shipments to all Member States of the Union, depending on the volume and dimensions of the product, or with other transportation company upon customer’s choice. Shipping costs will be notified by the Company to you the following day after your order. The cost of transport is borne by the recipient.
The Company undertakes to send the order to the address registered by the user when placing the order. The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete submission of the shipping address details by the user.
C) In countries outside the European Union
For shipment of products outside the Member States of the European Union (EU), please contact our customer service department on +30.210 6713348, 210 6744707 & 210 6741760.
Any customs duties or import duties that may be imposed on the country of receipt of the products shall be borne solely by the recipient.
Please note that, in general, the cost of transport varies depending on the shipping location of the product, the volume and weight of the product and is calculated at the stage of your order via the e-shop. In particular, for the safe transport of products and the safety of transporters, in some cases the use of a lifting machine is recommended. The relevant cost is borne by the recipient.
Pick-up service
The Company provides the user with the choice of ordering the products, which are available, through the e-shop and receiving the products directly from our store (by own means of transport). In this case you are required to complete the order from the e-shop and inform us at least 3 days before the receipt, so that your order is ready for collection from the store within the opening hours: Monday-Wednesday 9:00-16:00, Tuesday-Thursday-Friday 9:00-20:00 and Saturday 10:00-15:00.
Shipping Delay
Any delay in the shipment of the product will be notified to you within a reasonable time from the time of your order.
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
- Delay from our supplier: In order to be able to offer competitive prices, we order our products from a large number of domestic and international suppliers. However, there are cases where an order may be delayed at customs or during transport, and as a result the products will not be available in our warehouses at the time of the order.
- The product you ordered was withdrawn: In rare cases the supplier may suddenly withdraw a product. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives.
- In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, that may affect the transport and delivery of the order.
- In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. your registered information is not sufficient or correctly updated.
Pricing and Payment Policy
The displayed product prices are in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT) 24%.
These prices do not include shipping / transport costs, which are calculated upon ordering the product, depending on the shipping address, the volume and weight of the product or any additional transport costs (e.g. lifting machine).
All payments of the electronic transactions are made in the following ways:
- Debit, credit and prepaid cards
We accept payment with all credit, debit or prepaid cards. Payment by credit, debit or prepaid card is made via the security system of the cooperating banking institution.
- Cash upon delivery (for transactions with a net value of up to € 500.00)
If you choose cash as a payment method, then you will pay the price upon receipt of the product from the transport company (or our store).
- Deposit via bank account
You may choose to pay the price of your order by deposit in one of the below-mentioned bank accounts in the following banks:

The amount deposited into the account of the Company “STELIOS KARAGEORGIOU A.E.B.E.” should be equal to the exact price of your order. Any costs of the bank deposit are borne by the principal (customer). Please include your name and order number in your payment for your faster service. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is confirmed by the bank, a process that can take up to two (2) business days. For the faster shipping of your order, please send us immediately by e-mail to shop@karageorgiou.gr, the receipt of the bank deposit of the price in the Bank that is convenient to you, so that your order can be completed. In the event that the payment of the total amount is not confirmed within two (2) business days since the order, the order will be canceled with notice by us.
- Paypal
You can complete your payment via Paypal from your account to the address registered in the Pay Pal service. The company is not liable for any inaccuracy of the data declared in the Pay Pal service. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can create one on the Paypal login website.
In general, the Company reserves the right to freely formulate its pricing policy, to modify the prices displayed on the website and to change and/or withdraw offers at any time with or without prior notice to the users of the Website, who will be informed of the current price from relevant notification on the website.
Security of transactions
The Company acknowledges the importance of the security of online transactions and takes all the appropriate measures, with the most contemporary methods to ensure the maximum possible security. All information related to personal data and transactions is secure and confidential. To ensure the confidentiality of your data transfer, we use the encryption protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer-SSL).
All payments made using a credit or debit or prepaid card from the Company’s e-shop are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi e-Commerce” and the use of TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer-SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
